Processing Time/Shipping time.

Dear DHIVA - We are so grateful to be your hair providers. After placing your order, your items will be shipped and delivered within 3 weeks and yes you will receive a email with tracking-all orders will be guaranteed delivered within 3 weeks! All items are shipped by UPS and will require a signature upon delivery if UPS does not deliver to your location it will have to be picked up at your nearest UPS. We do apologize for the long shipping times, we do guarantee faster shipping in the future, we are so grateful for your support! (ALL ORDERS REQUIRE THE SAME SHIPPING/BILLING ADDRESS)

Please note once the packages are dropped off we are now not capable to make any changes or have authority over the package. For any mishaps you will have to directly contact UPS regarding any issues or changes. For any missed deliveries UPS will contact you for redelivery.

Refunds

We are once again so grateful to be your hair provider of choice and do want you to be 100% satisfied with your raw hair purchase. Once hair is ordered and delivered we are not able to accept refunds, we do recommend before placing a order to give us a email at dhivahairproducts@gmail.com for any questions or concerns!

Duties and Customs Fees

For all international orders, Dhiva Hair does not include duties or custom fees in shipping fees. Therefore, depending on the destination country, duties and customs will be levied by the destination country. Dhiva Hair is not

responsible for duties and Customs fees required by other countries. By purchasing on our website, you agree that any duties and fees levied will be paid by you.
